Sushi is a deep rooted staple in the Japanese culture and is now a Los Angeles staple food also. Sushi also has a youthful, playful and artistic charm, especially considering it’s a finger food and the plating is always very colorful and well designed.
C+ gives a new interpretation of a well known , nostalgic staple known and enjoyed by many cultures of youth for generations. Their end result was redevelopeing that playful, colorful and well designed staple, that “connects” us, and giving it a new function.
